All orders placed through our website are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time). Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) from Monday to Friday will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Order Processing (2–4 business days) + Transit Time (7–15 business days) = approximately 9–19 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders totaling $199 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

  • Orders below $199 will incur a standard shipping fee of $7.99.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Shipping fees are calculated based on order totals after discounts and before taxes. A fixed shipping fee of $7.99 applies unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

Shipping Regions & Restrictions

Currently, Setupmarks exclusively ships within the contiguous United States.

We DO NOT ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Setupmarks is not liable for orders shipped incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at contact@setupmarks.com. Once an order is dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
