What We Sell

We make custom-printed t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops using a print-on-demand model. Every item is produced after you order it — nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. Because of that:

Screen colors aren’t perfect — what you see on your device may look slightly different from the actual print. That’s how screens and printers work, not a defect. We use U.S. sizing — check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Wrong size is a “change of mind,” not a product issue. See our Refund and Returns Policy. Product photos are illustrative — minor differences in color, texture, or print position can happen.

We keep listings as accurate as possible. If a pricing or description error affects your order, we’ll contact you before moving forward.

Pricing

Everything is priced in USD. Product price only — shipping and taxes show up at checkout. We can change prices anytime, but once you’ve got a confirmed order, your price is locked. Item out of stock after you ordered? We’ll offer a full refund or an alternative.

Orders and Payment

We can accept or decline any order. Payment happens at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. Make sure your info is accurate — wrong details can cause delivery failures or payment issues, and that’s on you. Full details in our Payment Policy.

Cancellations

24 hours — that’s your window. Email contact@setupmarks.com with your order number. After that, your item is probably already being printed and we can’t stop it. Options after that point are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Our Content Is Ours

Logo, designs, photos, graphics, written content — it all belongs to Setup Marks or our licensed partners. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery timelines, costs, and carriers: Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, refunds, exchanges: Refund and Returns Policy. We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, or other things outside our control aren’t on us — but we’ll always help where we can.

Liability Limits

Setup Marks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using our site or products. Maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item in question. This doesn’t override consumer protection rights that can’t be waived.

No Warranties
