Real talk — there are some things we can control and some things we can’t. This page spells out the difference so there are no surprises on either side.
About Our Products
Every t-shirt, hoodie, and tank top we sell is printed on demand — made one at a time, specifically for the person who ordered it. That process comes with a few realities:
Colors will look different on screen vs. in person. Your phone, laptop, and the actual print all display color differently. A bright teal on your monitor might lean slightly more muted when printed. That’s not a flaw — it’s physics. This is standard across the entire print-on-demand industry.
Print position can shift by a few millimeters. We aim for precision, but tiny variations in placement happen during production. It’s the nature of custom printing.
Fabric can feel slightly different between batches. We use quality blanks, but natural material variations exist. Two shirts from different runs might feel marginally different — that’s normal, not a defect.
Now — if something is actually wrong? A major misprint, a completely wrong item, or obvious damage? That’s on us. Contact us and we’ll sort it out. Full process in our Refund and Returns Policy.
About Our Website Content
We try to keep everything on our site accurate and up to date. But we’re human, and occasionally things slip — a description might be slightly off, a price might have a typo, or availability might not update instantly.
If an error impacts your order, we’ll reach out before doing anything. We reserve the right to fix mistakes and update content whenever we need to, without prior notice.
And just to be clear — nothing on this website is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. It’s general information only.
We Don’t Promise Outcomes
We sell clothes. That’s it. We’re not claiming our tank tops will transform your wardrobe, our hoodies will make you the coolest person in the room, or our t-shirts will solve any problem other than needing something to wear.
Excited marketing copy on our site? It means we like what we make. It’s not a guarantee of any specific result — medical, performance, or otherwise.
Third-Party Stuff
Our site runs on services we don’t own — Stripe and PayPal for payments, USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, plus analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta. We also link to outside websites occasionally.
We pick reliable partners, but we can’t control what they do. If Stripe goes down, if a carrier loses a package, if an external site changes their policies — that’s outside our scope. When you click a link that leaves our site, their rules apply, not ours.
Liability Limits
Here’s the legal reality: Setup Marks — owners, employees, partners, affiliates — is not liable for:
Decisions you make based on information from this website. Problems caused by our third-party service providers. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our maximum liability for any claim caps at the price you paid for the specific product involved. This doesn’t erase consumer protection rights that the law says can’t be waived.
No Warranties
Our site and products come “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don’t guarantee the site will run perfectly, stay online 24/7, or be free of bugs. We don’t guarantee every product image or description is flawless. We don’t guarantee our products will meet expectations that go beyond what’s described on the product page.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — brand name, logo, designs, photos, graphics, copy — is owned by Setup Marks or our licensed partners. It’s protected by copyright and trademark law.
