Before you hit that checkout button, here’s what you should know about how we handle shipping at Setup Marks. No fine print, no confusing jargon — just the straight facts about getting your order from us to you.

Delivery Area

We ship to the United States — and only the United States for now. Your order needs to go to a real street address, either residential or commercial. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

We’d love to ship internationally one day, but right now we’re focused on doing domestic shipping really well before expanding.

What Does Shipping Cost?

We tried to keep this as straightforward as possible:

Spend $159.00 or more and you get free shipping. Anything under $159.00 has a flat $6.00 shipping fee — same price no matter what you order or where in the U.S. you live.

That’s it. No surprise charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Here’s a realistic look at the timeline. We’d rather be upfront about it than make promises we can’t keep:

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday to Friday. Anything that comes in after 5:00 PM PT — or on weekends and holidays — won’t start processing until the following business day.

Production and handling: 3 to 5 business days. Every item we sell is custom printed after you order it. There’s no warehouse full of pre-made stock. Your piece gets printed, inspected, and packed — all before it goes anywhere near a shipping label. That’s why it takes a few days.

Shipping transit: 6 to 8 business days. Once the carrier picks up your package, you’re looking at roughly a week depending on where you are in the country.

Total estimated delivery: 9 to 13 business days from the day you place your order.

Now, a word of honesty — these are estimates. Real-world stuff like bad weather, holiday rushes, or carrier backlogs can slow things down. We’ll always do what we can on our end, but once the package leaves our hands, the carrier takes it from there.

Shipping Carriers

Your package will be delivered by one of the following: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We choose the best option based on your location and what makes sense for the size of the shipment. All three are established, reliable carriers that deliver millions of packages every day.

Tracking Information

You won’t be left in the dark. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Click it, and you can see exactly where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. The tracking link works directly on the carrier’s website.

Didn’t get the email? Check spam. It sneaks in there sometimes.

Problems With Delivery?

Look, we hope everything goes smoothly — but if your order shows up damaged, gets lost somewhere in transit, or is taking way longer than expected, don’t sit on it. Reach out to us right away and we’ll figure it out together. We’re not going to leave you hanging with a shipping issue.

If your order arrived but the item itself is wrong or defective, that’s covered under our Refund and Returns Policy — head over there for the full process.

Want to Cancel Before It Ships?

Changed your mind? It happens. We give you a 24-hour window after placing your order to cancel. Just email contact@setupmarks.com with your order number and we’ll stop it before production begins.

Once that 24-hour window closes, your item is most likely already being printed. At that point, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can still return it after delivery. Check our Terms & Conditions for more on how cancellations work.
