So, who are we?
Setup Marks is a small online apparel brand. We design and sell custom-printed t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops — each one made to order, one at a time, after you hit “buy.”
That’s pretty much the whole pitch. No billion-dollar backstory, no inspirational founder’s journey, no “we started with a dream and a laptop” narrative. We just wanted to make cool printed apparel and sell it to people who’d actually wear it.
What We Actually Do
We run a print-on-demand operation. In plain terms, that means nothing exists until you order it. No warehouse, no racks of pre-made inventory, no dusty boxes in the back. You pick something, we send the design to our production partner, they print it on quality blank apparel, check it, pack it, and ship it to your door.
Does it take a bit longer than ordering from a massive retailer? Yeah — about 9 to 13 business days. But there’s something to be said for knowing your item was made because you specifically wanted it, not mass-produced and sitting on a shelf for months.
Why Print-on-Demand?
Honestly? It made the most sense for a small operation like ours. We don’t need to bet thousands on inventory that might not sell. We produce only what’s ordered, which means less waste and fewer unsold products ending up nowhere good. It’s not going to save the planet — we’re not that naive — but it’s a more thoughtful way to do things.
What We’re Like to Work With
We’re not going to pretend we have a 200-person customer service department. It’s a small crew. But here’s what that actually means for you:
You get real responses. Not automated templates, not chatbots pretending to be human. An actual person reads your email and writes back — usually within a day.
We’re straight with you. Our policies are written in normal language. Our timelines are realistic, not aspirational. If something goes wrong, we tell you what happened and what we’re doing about it.
We don’t overpromise. We’d rather underpromise and overdeliver than the other way around. If your order takes 9 to 13 days, we’re going to tell you that upfront instead of dangling a “ships in 2 days!” claim we can’t back up.
Are we perfect? Not even close. We’re still learning, still improving, still figuring out how to do things better. But we care enough to keep working at it, and that counts for something.

We ship exclusively within the United States for now. Maybe that changes someday, but we’d rather do one thing well than do ten things badly.
